Shipping is calculated at checkout based upon the weight and dimensions of your order as well as your zipcode. We do our best to ensure the calculations are as close to our actual costs as possible, which includes postage, packaging, and insurance.

The average cost for shipping of seed orders is $4-5. Shipping on supply orders is more expensive because they must ship USPS Priority or UPS Ground.

Seed and supply orders over $50 ship for FREE.

Shipping is included on apparel, mugs, and pest control products.

Most seed orders are shipped USPS First Class with tracking and insurance.

Most supply orders are shipped USPS Priority or UPS Ground.

You have the option to upgrade your shipping options at checkout.

Our goal is to ship all orders within 2-3 business days from the time they are ordered, but times may temporarily increase depending upon order volume.

The average for USPS First Class shipping is 3-5 business days.

The average for USPS Priority and UPS Ground is 2-3 business days.

Shipping times may increase if carriers are experiencing a high volume of packages, such as during the holidays.

All of our orders are shipped with insurance.

Please contact us immediately if your package arrives damaged, We will file an insurance claim and replace your products.

We cannot file an insurance claim on lost packages until 14 days after the anticipated delivery date, but you can file a lost package claim with the carrier if you suspect the package has been lost in transit.

Please contact us if the package has not arrived within 14 days of the anticipated arrival date so we can file the insurance claim and replace your order.

When you order is shipped, you will be sent an email with tracking information. You may need to check your Spam folder for this email.

You can also sign up for shipping notifications via text and Facebook Messenger.

If you need to check your order status at any time, you can use the chat feature on our website and ask "What is my order status?" You will then be prompted to enter the order number you received in your order confirmation via text or email.

If you discover that the shipping address on your order confirmation is incorrect, contact us ASAP via email or chat with the correct address.

If the order is shipped with the incorrect address, you will be responsible for having your mail forwarded via the shipping provider.

If the order is returned to us, the order will be cancelled and refunded minus shipping charges.


We may be able to make changes to your order if it has not shipped yet. Contact us via email or chat bubble and ask if you can edit your order.

We try to keep all of our products in stock, but sometimes our suppliers are out of stock or experiencing shipping delays.
